IU Annual Awards
Inspections Unlimited hosted our annual award luncheon on January 16, 2012 to celebrate the amazing work and accomplishments of our Oregon inspections team this past calendar year with family and friends. We are excited to announce the following achievements:
Reed Baxter, inspector for Linn & Benton counties, took home three awards for the 2011 year, including the Top Producer Award as the top producing IU office in 2011. Baxter was also awarded the Platinum Level Award and Call Volume for the highest volume of calls during the year.
Portland-area inspector Mark Tilden was awarded the Philanthropy Award, celebrating his involvements, donations, and acts of philanthropy in his community
Inspectors Eric Pellet, of Portland, and David Shepard, of Salem were recognized with the Professional Award. Shepard was also named Franchisee of the Year, chosen by his peers.
Brian Thomas, inspector for the Central Oregon area, was unable to attend the annual event but was recognized with two awards. Thomas received the Website Award for driving the most clientele to the Inspections Unlimited website. He also received the Pavement Pounder award, celebrating the largest personal increase of work from two years prior.

Inspections Unlimited also wants to recognize Dan Lubbers, Shelley Lubbers, Eugene-area inspector Ron Rhine and the rest of the IU team for their dedicated and hard work this past year!
