Since 2007, David Shepard has been serving residents of Marion and Polk counties with their home inspection needs. David joined the Inspection Unlimited team with an extensive background of contracting and has held his Contractor’s license since 1979. With a solid base of construction and building experience, David’s expertise gives him the upper hand in identifying problems and delivering the most thorough inspection possible.

Before moving to the Willamette Valley, David spent his early years in Montana, graduating from San Jose State with a degree in business management. Now he plays an important role on the Inspections Unlimited team as one of the most dedicated and committed inspectors in the state. He is certified through the State of Oregon and continues his training through Inspections Unlimited to provide clients with the most up-to-date knowledge and inspection practices.

For David, aiding home buyers and sellers in their transaction is the most rewarding part of the job. David attributes his own experience as a homeowner and hands-on knowledge as a helpful tool in getting the job done right.
