Portland area inspector Eric Pellet began his career in home inspection in 2002. After serving as a paratrooper in the armed forces, Eric spent time in Alaska working in the Oil Industry where he garnished extensive knowledge of construction practices and techniques. His diverse knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail make Eric an invaluable member of the Inspections Unlimited team and Portland community.

Eric is an inspector dedicated to a job well done. According to Eric, home inspection is an continued learning experience and each day on the job is a new experience. He is certified through the State of Oregon and continues on-going training with Inspections Unlimited to ensure up-to-date knowledge for his clients.

Eric and wife Jolene moved to Oregon in 2000 and settled into the Portland area. They are the proud parents of three beautiful children. Eric fills his time away from work with his family, music, and his love for the outdoors.
