A lifelong Oregonian and third generation builder, Reed, understands the special needs of the homeowner in Linn & Benton Counties. Reed got his start in construction carrying a hammer for his father. In 1975 he started his owned a company building homes on the Oregon Coast and in the Valley.

He has proven his artistic talents as owner of a custom molding and framing business in the late '90's. Not wanting to carry sheet rock and raise walls, but a longing to get back into the home construction business, Reed was drawn to Inspections Unlimited. Reed joined the Inspections Unlimited group and offers his expertise with real estate inspections in Linn & Benton Counties.
