Course subjects may be taken in any order for continuing education credits (CEU) or in preparation for a Home Inspector or CCB Contractors license.

Courses being taken for credit hours to become a Home Inspector, will receive a curriculum that will need to be followed.

Courses are based on the Principles of Home inspection by Dearborn Publishing Co. Each of the 13 subjects include a text to read and study and an open book, 35 question quiz for each 5 credit course taken. A score of 80% or better will be needed to pass each quiz. After the quiz has been completed successfully, an oral telephone Final Exam of 5 questions will be given. Four of the five questions must be correctly answered to pass the course. These courses can be taken at your own pace on your own time and the online quiz taken when you are ready. Two attempts are given for the quiz and final exam.
